Marguerita Maassen-Gilbertson |
|
Marguerita is the owner of Northern Business Systems. Marguerita graduated from the University of Alaska Fairbanks with a Bachelors in Business Management and is very active in the Fairbanks community. Marguerita has been in the office equipment industry for almost 20 years, she previously worked as a Branch Manager for a competitor prior to their sell out to Japan, she then purchased NBS and has been hard at work ever since. |

Tom Dimon |
|
Tom is NBS’s Service Manager. Tom has had over 15 years of experience in the office equipment industry. Tom retired from the Air Force in the 90’s and is very active in the Fairbanks dog mushing community. Tom has had extensive to factory training at a variety of manufactures and is responsible or the day-to-day operations of the Service Department. |

Megan Quan |
|
Megan is our Territory Account Manager and is responsible for all outside sales and business development in the Fairbanks Area. In addition she manages all of our contracts and handles various customer service issues. Previously Megan worked in the pharmaceutical industry as well as sales, and in her free time is an avid gardener—year round if you were to stop by our offices! |

Melissa works the front counter at NBS greetings clients,, answering phones and dealing with customer service issues. Melissa a graduate of West Valley High School and is the bright and cheerful choice on the phone when you call NBS. |

Jeremy is one of our Field Service Technicians. Jeremy has had extensive computer hardware / software background, has completed and is currently training on variety of different equipment systems. |

Gabrielle Gilbertson |
|
Gabrielle works for NBS on a part time basis answering phones, and delivers supplies to our clients. Gabrielle is a Senior at Monroe Catholic High School. She is involved in the National Honor Society and plays both basketball and volleyball at the varsity level. |

Melissa Hickman |
|
Cathy is a Document & Equipment Systems Consultant. Cathy’s area of expertise is centered around document management system and scanning solutions in the electronic arena. Cathy has an extensive background in document systems management. In her free time Cathy is an avid dog lover and is mother to over 30 dogs at any given time! |
